Since it contains so much water, it makes you feel full, even though it’s low on calories (100 grams of cantaloupe only contains 34 calories).

Cantaloupe comes with numerous health benefits, one of the most notable being eye health related. Not only is cantaloupe extremely healthy, but it also tastes sweet, making it the perfect addition to your diet.
